Day of the Dead had the original poster artwork. There may be others, but that's the first one that came to mind.

You're right! I'd kinda forgotten about the re-released steelbook versions such as Inferno etc which also do. I guess Rabid might be the first one which comes with original poster art on a steelbook as its first released, but again I'm probably wrong

I think it is more the other way around, as (I think) the bulk of Arrow's SB releases have original poster artwork. The only exceptions I can think of are Blow Out, Demons, The King of New York, Lady Snowblood, and Zombie Flesh Eaters.

Anyone know if this upcoming gothic boxset contains Amaray cases or it's all cardboard....?

I like them, but the Rabid steelbook has much better at work than the regular release.

Fulci's COTLD and TB steelbooks contain reversible original artwork,as does Hooper's Lifeforce.
