The Rabid Steelbook is Gorgeous & has the writing in my 2 fav colours. I also love the standard release Artwork too,but as where possible I always go for the steelbook option of my more "favourite" Arrow titles I was torn but still went for the Steel.

Can I ask a question about the limited edition releases?

How is it decided where the copies go for sale?

For example - 'Nekromantik' is a limited edition of 3000 copies. How many copies go to 'outside sources' (i.e Amazon, Zavvi, HMV etc) and how many copies are retained for the Arrow shop direct?

This is something I've also been wondering.

It is an interesting point because Nekromantik can realistically only be bought from arrowfilms.co.uk, as it isn't available from Amazon and, at £29.99, is £11 more expensive from Zavvi.

I wouldn't trust Zavvi to even get stock. I think there were some very disappointed customers who pre-ordered the Camera Obscura box set from them only to be later told that they wouldn't be getting the stock post release date when all the units had already sold out.

I always order my LE releases direct from Arrow, as it's the only way I can 100% guarantee I'll be getting the product.

That is an interesting question as I have this on order with Amazon. Hopefully they have sold the number of units they have ordered hence it being listed as 'currently unavailable'

That's my interpretation, otherwise there would be an option to pre-order it.
