That's my point. Its a fantastic restoration. Worth checking the reviews on there as well to see if any similar complaints to the burbs!

I don't like grain much while i appreciate why it's there. However i wouldn't say The Burbs looks particularly grainy.

Doesn't excesive grain have something to do with peoples own personal settings on their tv's? To me The Burbs is a little grainy in places but a lot of eighties film stock seems to be, but saying that I throughly enjoyed Arrows presentation of the film.

Very true. The scene where they all go over to the Klopec's house is swarming with grain in the darker scenes. Most modern tv's have a noise reduction setting, so instead of forcing everyone to have crappy dnr'd blu-rays, they should just turn press the button in their tv to smooth it away.

Just discovered this today and set it to high.

AUDREY ROSE is very grainy.
