As I saw someone else say, there doesn't seem to be an Insomnia poster anywhere with those words on it.

I was just thinking of Norwegian films which Arrow have previously released and going through the list.

I would love it to be Cold Prey (Fritt Vilt) and the sequel.

And people still say Arrow have turned their back on their target audience!

I think they have the sanest business plan going at the minute. Bigger, more commercially recognisable releases interspersed with more obscure stuff that caters to niche (classy) audiences like us. Yakuza pictures, spaghetti westerns, giallos ect. Given the problematic nature of licensing Italian titles and putting out good products, one or two with great restorations as opposed to loads with iffy transfers is preferable to me.

Completely agree with you there, it also seems that Arrow are staying true to what they said when they launched the label in the US. We are now getting niche - giallo titles that we would never have got had they of stayed UK only. Solange, Evelyn what next?

Plenty! As Arrow explained at the time, the whole point of opening up the US arm was that a bigger marketplace would justify a greater number of original 35mm-sourced restorations where James White and Deluxe can maintain complete control over the entire process from beginning to end. And I'd never have believed in 2013 (when Arrow released just three original restos) that they'd come this far just two years later.

And yes, the point of the higher-profile titles is indeed to subsidise the riskier ones - especially if they need lots of expensive work done to make them releasable.

Discs three and four, early last week. As far as I'm aware everything's on schedule.

Can't wait, all three films will be part of my Halloween marathon, probably all getting viewed on the same night
