I have the Olive/slasher Satans blade but this is looking like a better release. All purchases for me. I love a bit of Jack Hill, really liking the Japanese output but the one that really is exciting to me is crimes of passion!!!

Between this, valentino, the BFI sets and my copy of Altered states I'm building up quite a Ken Russell collection in HD

Here's hoping for an uncut release of THE DEVILS and a HD upgrade for LAIR OF THE WHITE WORM.

Crimes of Passion is great - Kathleen Turner owns pretty much every scene.

Plus, how can you not like a film concerning a mad reverend killing prostitutes in order to 'save their souls'?

Great to see some more Russell on Blu-ray. Hopefully Lair of the White Worm won't be far behind!

Your recommends have never once in years steered me wrong,so replace "risk a blind buy" with "must have both"

It's a risk like picking up a twenty pound note in the street is a risk.

None at all.

I think the Ken Russell is the only one for me this time around, although I might get The Swinging Cheerleaders if it's cheap enough on release day.
