I think the horrible new site makes things more unclear but if you google you can access the old site with some missing images. HELLRAISER III - HELL ON EARTH rated 18 by the BBFC Makes it a lot more clear.  |

Might not the Blu only rights issue mean (sadly) the film is out on dvd in the U.K. already, but that company is not interested in releasing a Blu?

Oooh, I was nearly excited at the prospect of an Arrow release of Hellraiser III there for a moment. I have to completely disagree with bgart on this one, I think it's brilliant and and I love the film. So yes, I'd have bought a Blu of this instantly.
