This one is going to be a bit specialist, but apparently Tower Records on O’Connell Street in Dublin have just launched a Halloween Arrow Video promo! All offers end Nov 5th

Who knows - we may have some Dubliners on the forum, or someone might be visiting the city on holiday!

Am still waiting on my copy of the burning steelbook that i ordered from music magpie weeks ago, they apparently had "29 copies" in stock when i ordered it & then it disappeared the next day? Anybody else order this from them & did yours turn up?

I pre-ordered the Hills Have Eyes Ltd Blu Ray release from Music Magpie. I waited till about 7-10 days after the release date and it was still showing "order processing" in my account page, so I emailed them a query and they responded with the following message-

I emailed them back saying that it wasn't showing as having dispatched and asked if they couldn't just send me another. They responded, in short, no. Refund was back on my PayPal account the same day.

Wonders never cease.... My Shock and Gore set arrived today. And whilst I have a few grievances with Arrow I have to admit this set is awesome to behold. Over the last few months I wondered if £160.00 was over the top for a few BD's but I seriously believe it was worth every penny.

I'm quick enough to slag them off so it's only right to commend them when they get something right. Not the collection of the year but perhaps the best collection ever. Arrow can drop the mike and walk away. BOOM!
