Well as normal people on Facebook are speculating it's the Saw films. Really? Why would Arrow release the Saw films, theres already a UK and US boxset and it's owned by Lionsgate.

It could be Puzzle not the best giallo but not the worst, or Pieces or some obscure 60's Japanese film.
