In more in topic news: Those who missed Stray Cat fear not, as Arrow have commented that the set will see a US release, they just don't have a date yet.
Near Dark is a great film. Good news about Stray Cat i will have to grab one of those sets when they are released i hope its the same as the UK one.

There are some fun scenes (including Leatherface 'falling in love' chainsaw moment but as a whole it just doesn't engage me, I rewatched it on Arrows release thinking I might like it more a second time but would still give it a 5/10.

Incidentally, Eaten alive is my fav Hooper film bar the original TCM.

Is that a couple of members of "The Black And White Minstrel Show" in the bottom right hand corner?

You won't get any joy from Arrow either, I emailed them the other week about my missing Baron Blood and Dressed To Kill booklets and was told they only print enough, so I'd have to buy them again.

Incidentally, I do have a spare Deadly Blessing booklet if anyone wants it, mine came with two and two postcards...so going by Arrows comment, someone somewhere is missing one (or they're chatting shit to me!)
