Do reward points have the same effect during a sale? I thought you earned more, but redeeming them didn't take off as much as when the prices are 'normal'.

Yeah, during the sale, rewards points are halved. Bit of a slap in the face if you ask me.

I thought that was the case, which is why I haven't used any. Hopefully, the ones I've earned can be put to good use.

But as you say, you do get more rewards points than normal from the sale items, so it evens itself out.

I guess Arrow want people to buy things in the sale at the reduced price and then spend full price later, using the remote points.

I've found that if you...

1. Buy anything during the sale (sale items or not and you seem to get double points).

2. Use points against sale items and they only seem to be worth half the value.

3. Use points against none sale items and they are worth full value (which should be double what you normally get if you earned them during the sale).

Good to know – thanks.

Points are only worth half on sale items. But you get double points back.

I mentioned I was surprised because I thought the £1.15 was a lot off! Haha. Those points were only 100 from signing up and 130 from one purchase, to get 1.15 off the next purchase after only previously making 1 was pretty good I thought haha. Glad to hear I'll get double points back.
