Sorry, but i find this interesting.

He had £3 in points. Now he has £4.19 in points. So £1.19 up in points.

However it cost him £2 more than if he's bought it at HMV, therefore he's lost 80p overall.

Yes, I understand that - as I said I save my points up and try to get full points on full price items where I can (as long as they are comparable to what Amazon/HMV are selling them for). Maybe Vipp was just after a cheaper item in the short-term or he hadn't taken into account the lower price on Amazon/HMV's site. To be honest, I only noticed yesterday that Amazon had dropped their price to £39.99 (my original pre-order was locked in at £44.99 with them but they had put it up to £49.99 in the interim) as I was considering cancelling and ordering direct from Arrow but decided not to bother after I saw the price drop.

It's all good.

Just think, the rudimentary internet shopping workshop we've just given will be more use to members than the usual gorillas and such like we usually post at this stage of the evening.

The gorillas are probably a little more easy to handle at this time at night for the average forum member than our American Horror Project Price Guide (TM) Workshop above... I've had a few and am a little slow this evening myself - it took me a full minute to work out what £4.19 from £41.99 was...

He's no doubt already passed out in his underwear in a flower bed somewhere.

Guy's that was a lovley workshop o saving a few bob but i simply felt my cash was better off spent supporting actual arrow rather than any other outlet who could save me a few quid. If it was a saving of like £10+ i would have dropped Arrow like a dogs egg because i'm not made of cash but in this case i don't mind throwing them a few quid extra because they do put out some awesome stuff.
