I agree - 101 does not strike me as the type of label that would be able to weather a recession, should it hit. It may very well suffer the same fate as Metrodome; what happens to Hollywood Classics then?

given that Arrow also employ ex-BFI staffers perhaps they will see it as an opportunity. the way the article is written it doesn't sound like everything will be distributed through 101.

Don't know how long it's due to run for, but there is a sale on at Arrow at the moment

Don't get excited tho - it's only for films on the Second Run label, and NOT Arrow titles

With The Cremator, Morgiana and Mother Joan of Angels there's more of interest to me than a typical Arrow sale.

I can also recommend Gaea Girls / Shinjuku Boys and Daisies too, plus Valerie and Her Week of Wonders if you don't already have it, this version comes with a very good booklet full of essays!
