The film is an NTSC to Pal conversion so keeps its 80 minute running time. Its correct time is 77 minutes.

Regarding the 23rd Century release. I researched it when i bought the film and what i said earlier came from those findings. I own the MGM version which is a beautiful print.

There's also a UK cheapo release from Classic Entertainment along with House on Haunted Hill and A Bucket of Blood which also uses the MGM print.

If you love the film the Network release is the way to go as it has a commentary from Kim Newman.

I've found everything I've tried to watch of theirs utter junk. I had the Vigilante DVD before BU's BD....try watching the 23rd Century DVD afterwards..the horror, the horror..

I'm sure there are more; I just haven't found them yet. When I get round to it (and have enough decent images to make it worth while) I'll start a Tumblr blog to post them all in one place.

Regardless of the quality there was some good films from this bootleg outfit at the time and for a pound I don't think anyone can complain. ive still got my fear in the city disc which is taken from an elephant tape.
