It was the same case ,though, with Jean Rollin's Demonaics. That was also previously cut by the BBFC. There's been no resubmission for that either. But according to Screenbound, who actually told me this on twitter, it is fully uncut, the same as the US releases. When i asked them about the other Rollin films, they said they all were. So i just don't know, Dem. I haven't bought any of them personally, because i already have the Redemption releases. keirarts likes this.  |

| The Demoniacs is really complicated. i'd head over to Melon Farmers for more details but the gist is that the last time it was submitted to the BBFC it was cut by 54s - there is no indication that it has been resubmitted by Screenbound. The 2009 US Redemption release is missing a rape scene between Tina and the Captain which was left out at the Director's request (not sure this is up to date because i thought the Redemption was 2012?). anyway it is likely the Screenbound is the exact same as the Redemption and should have been sent to the BBFC for certification. according to MF there is a totally uncut German release (8 mins longer) but it doesn't list the company or whether it is dvd or blu ray  keirarts and nosferatu42 like this. |

Has anybody actually bought any of the Screenbound releases who can confirm their uncut status? Requiem For a Vampire, does seem to be the full uncut version judging by the running time now.
