The Spanish oddity El vampiro de la autopista (1971) aka Horrible Sexy Vampire is a personal fave of mine.

It's talky but has nice flashes of exploitative nudity as the vampire strangles (?) a succession of women who all pretty much look identical. Good snow bound location work as well.

Could a dvd only release be a possibility?

As a final suggestion perhaps The Vampires Night Orgy (1973).

A wonderful film from Leon Klimovsky with a superbly eerie setting and some brilliant set pieces such as the young teacher's tryst with the vampiric Helga Line who, after drinking from him casually throws him over a balcony into a horde of vampires below.

Dario Argento's excellent 5 Days of Milan gets my vote. Even if a blu-ray was not possible, it could be the very first dvd with English subtitles. Huge seller I'm sure. Popular director as I'm sure you know.
