Cracking British film.
Never seen a bad Jordan film yet.

Bought THE FIRM and PENDA'S FEN tonight-both superb packages!

Still need to get the Firm. Read a review of the Director's Cut a couple of weeks ago. Bloody hell, no wonder it was cut by the BBC.

I watched the BFI release of The Firm the other night, it's very powerful and its completely understandable why the BBC couldn't risk airing Clarke's cut. It would of taken them six months to deal with the complaints. Really nasty in places.

Yeah compared to the TV edit,it IS really nasty.

Didn't realise that Oldman and Manville were married at the time.....

Just as well probably for the scene in the dir cut where Trigger burst into the living room!

Ive seen THE FIRM fifteen or twenty times - absolutely love it. I'm waiting on the box set.
