It's on now! I ordered 15 titles at 5.03am! New titles not discounted but everything else is from March(ish) back.

Vinegar Syndrome

They clearly weren’t shifting too many copies of ‘Murder Weapon / Deadly Embrace’ as it got the legacy slip treatment.[emoji38]

Yeah, they're terrible. Accidentally bought the 88 films trilogy of all 3 (Scream Queens set), and sold it a week later. It's terrible!

'Scanner Cop 1 & Scanner Cop 2' (1993 / 1994) - 4k Ultra HD / Blu-ray combo pre-order available from Vinegar Syndrome direct - $59.99

"This special limited edition slipbox + dual slipcover set (designed by Ralf Krause & Earl Kess) is limited to 6,000 units and is only available here at VinegarSyndrome.com!

The two final entries in the Scanners saga, SCANNER COP and SCANNER COP 2 up the ante of gruesome effects and left field storytelling, and are offered here, newly restored in 4K, and on UHD and Blu-ray for the first time!

SCANNER COP:
Rookie cop Sam Staziak (Daniel Quinn, Wild At Heart) has a unique gift: he is a Scanner, which gives him the power to read the thoughts of others, and also to inflict great bodily harm...and death. To repress his abilities, he takes a medication designed to keep Scanners sane and rational and from exacting harm on others. When a mad scientist named Karl Glock (Richard Lynch, Invasion USA) begins using mind control to murder police officers, Sam realizes that only he and his unique gift can put an end to the mayhem and uncover the identity and diabolical motives of this bloodthirsty madman...

The first true sequel to David Cronenberg's 1980 horror classic, producer Pierre David's (Videodrome) first foray into directing, SCANNER COP, is a tense and bloody mix of gruesome body horror and action packed police thriller. Never released on disc in the US, Vinegar Syndrome proudly brings this mid 90s direct-to-video hit to Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD, newly restored from its 35mm original camera negative and featuring a brand new extended making of documentary with it’s cast and crew.

SCANNER COP II:
Sam Staziak (Daniel Quinn, Wild At Heart), the Scanner Cop, had hoped that he could resume a normal life. When other Scanners in the Los Angeles area are being attacked, literally left drained of life, Sam is forced back into action in a desperate attempt to stop a mad Scanner named Volkin who is determined to become the most powerful - and ruthless - of his kind. But as Sam sets out to put an end to the ever increasing carnage gripping the city, he also finds himself in a personal crisis after his long estranged mother reappears, and becomes the focus of Volkin's growing rage.

Pervasively twisted and astonishingly gory, Steve Barnett's SCANNER COP II: THE SHOWDOWN does everything in its power to up the ante in terms of the Scanners' series violence and creative death sequences, with an array of extremely grisly and often 'explosive' demises courtesy of special effects wizard, John Carl Buechler (Mausoleum). Vinegar Syndrome is overjoyed to bring this unforgettable final chapter in the Scanners saga to Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD, newly restored from its 35mm original camera negative and featuring a brand new extended making of documentary with it’s cast and crew"

'Champagne And Bullets' (1992) [(aka Get Even / Road to Revenge)] - Blu-ray available from Vinegar Syndrome direct - $27.99

"Champagne & Bullets is part of our Vinegar Syndrome Archive collection, celebrating forgotten cinematic oddities from the video store era. This collection was inspired by our own brick & mortar video store, The Archive in Bridgeport, CT.

Unique to this line, each hand numbered limited edition release will come fitted in a specially designed, bottom loading VHS inspired slipcase, while also including a double-sided poster.

These releases will ONLY be available on our website and at participating indie retailers. Absolutely no major retailers will be stocking them. This release is strictly limited to 6,000 units and will never be re-released in another version by us.

After being set up on phony drug charges by a corrupt cop named Normad, two respected policemen, Rick and Huck, are kicked off the force. Years later, Rick reunites with Cindy, his ex-girlfriend, who reveals that she’s being pursued by a ruthless satanic cult that has started practicing human sacrifices and, even worse, is being operated by none other than Normad! When Huck is set up again by Normad, who is now a judge, Rick takes it upon himself to defeat the encroaching evil.

An almost indescribable action film and pure passion project directed, produced, written by and starring John De Hart (his sole filmmaking venture), CHAMPAGNE AND BULLETS was produced in 1993 but revamped several times over the subsequent two decades by its director. Each ‘new’ iteration was more mind-blowing than the last with the culmination, GETEVEN, becoming an immediate cult hit and the stuff of legend in video trading circles. Co-starring Wings Hauser (Vice Squad) and William Smith (Memorial Valley Massacre), Vinegar Syndrome Archive is overjoyed to present the Blu-ray debut of John De Hart’s CHAMPAGNE AND BULLETS in its never commercially released original 16mm cut, as well as its ROAD TO REVENGE and notorious GETEVEN re-edits."

Billie has had enough of the thugs and gangsters who have been terrorizing her neighborhood. After her grandparents are savagely attacked on their way home, she decides to take matters into her own hands and, using her knowledge of martial arts, begins dishing out her own brand of vigilante justice. What she doesn’t expect is that it’s not just the local hoods who have put a target on her back, but the criminal justice system itself is stacked against her and they are ready to make her life a living hell.

A whacked out mix of action drama and revenge thriller, laced with some social commentary, co-directors Victor Ordonez, Ed Palmos, and Al Valletta’s ALLEY CAT is a gritty and tightly paced crime film set in seedy Los Angeles of the early 80s. Produced and written by Robert E. Waters (Vampire Hookers) and originally released by notorious exploitation film distributor, Edward L. Ordered the Scanner Cop set as well. Not sure why they've decided to call the 2nd one Scanner Cop II: The Showdown on the cover (I believe that was the German title) as the film says Scanner Cop II: Volkin's Revenge. Awesome artwork though.

Btw I'm still waiting for mine too

'Killer's Delight' (1978) - Blu-ray available from Vinegar Syndrome direct - $27.99

"This special limited edition embossed slipcover (designed by Earl Kess) is limited to 5,000 units and is only available here at VinegarSyndrome.com!

An unknown killer has been stalking Northern California, picking up innocent young women in his van and then brutally torturing and murdering them, leaving their mutilated bodies in nearby woods. Sgt. Vince De Carlo has been assigned to the case but finds himself with almost nothing to go on, that is, until the murderer begins picking off teenage girls who frequent a local public pool. With the aid of psychologist Carol Thompson, De Carlo begins to devise a plan to lure the killer into the open...

More than slightly inspired by the then hot case of notorious serial killer, Ted Bundy, Jeremy Hoenack's KILLER'S DELIGHT (originally shot as THE SPORT KILLER and later re-released as THE DARK RIDE) is an intriguing mix of proto-slasher and detective drama which stars prolific TV actor James Luisi (The Rockford Files) alongside Golden Globe nominee Susan Sullivan (Falcon Crest), John Karlen (Dark Shadows), and genre film character actor, George 'Buck' Flower (Berserker). 'The Lamp' [aka The Outing] (1987) - Blu-ray available from Vinegar Syndrome direct - $27.99

"This special limited edition embossed slipcover (designed by Earl Kess) is limited to 5,000 units and is only available here at VinegarSyndrome.com!

After a group of thieves decide to ransack the home of a strange, old Gypsy woman, murdering her in the process, they unwittingly free a vengeful genie named Jinn who has been held captive for centuries in an ancient oil lamp. Soon after, the lamp is acquired by a local museum. But as Alex Wallace, daughter of the museum's curator, decides to sneak a group of her friends into the museum after hours for a night of partying, she doesn't realize that Jinn is looking for a new 'keeper' and that Alex is the perfect vessel to carry out the genie's diabolical actions...

Primed with an assortment of gruesome deaths and a very dark sense of humor, Tom Daley's THE LAMP (aka THE OUTING) is a wild, Texas lensed, mid 80s supernatural horror gem. Starring Deborah Winters (Kotch), James Huston (Ray, Powder), and featuring the voice of cult actor Jackson Bostwick (TV's Shazam, The Prey) as the voice of murderous genie, Jinn, Vinegar Syndrome is delighted to resurrect THE LAMP on Blu-ray, featuring a brand new 2K restoration of a never-on-video, 92 min cut, and an extended making-of documentary featuring new interviews with its cast and crew, thus finally allowing the incredible story of its production to be told!"

'Through The Fire' (1988) - Blu-ray available from Vinegar Syndrome direct - $27.99

"Ths special limited edition embossed slipcover (designed by Robert Sammelin) is limited to 5,000 units and is only available here at VinegarSyndrome.com!

After finding a strange looking amulet, a young woman mysteriously vanishes. Her sister, Sandra, finding the police to be little help, turns to a rogue officer named Nick, who senses that something evil is afoot. However, the strange disappearance is only the beginning of a horrifying nightmare, as a Satanic sect, which worships the God Moloch, are determined to do anything in their power to retrieve the ancient amulet as a means of bringing their unholy master to life and ushering in Hell on Earth. It's up to Nick and Tamara to face off against not only the murderous cult, but their monstrous deity.

A low budget, high ambition, Texas shot Satanic thriller, Gary Marcum's THROUGH THE FIRE (which was released on VHS under the wildly misleading title of The Gates of Hell Part II) blends lo-fi special effects with a grimy, southern regional flavor. They announced yesterday that:

1. They have completed an unfinished film from 1984 called New York Ninja (trailer looks great), by filming the missing bits.

2. They're distributing Censor in the US

3. They are filming their own movie from scratch in December.

I'm pretty sure it's 50% off most items, and then they have the exclusive pre-orders which you can only buy during the sale period. There is often a 'standard' version of those special products later in the year from online retailers.

And now for the details on the Flash Pre-Order: It begins Friday the 24th at 12:01 AM EST and runs through Sunday the 26th at 11:59 PM EST.

"King (Craig Sheffer, Night Breed) and Tyn (Josh Charles, Four Brothers) are inmates in a North Carolina prison who overhear the story of "The Grave", which promises buried treasure to anyone daring enough to embark on its quest. Naturally, the two break out of prison with the intent to dig up the mysterious loot, only to end up in a twisty crime and horror filled saga involving fellow criminals, old flames and a character known only as "The Priest" played by Keith David (They Live).

An idiosyncratic and highly entertaining entry in the post-Tarantino, indie-crime cinema of the mid-90s, Jonas Pate's (Deceiver, TV's Outer Banks) clever amalgam of Southern Gothic, hardboiled fiction, dark comedy and Tales from the Crypt-esque horror yarn is utterly unique and elevated by an astonishing supporting cast including Eric Roberts (Runaway Train), Gabrielle Anwar (Body Snatchers), Donal Logue (Blade), Giovanni Ribisi (The Gift) and Anthony Michael Hall (TVs The Dead Zone). Never released on blu-ray, Vinegar Syndrome Archive is proud to present this overlooked genre oddity in a brand new 2K restoration from 35mm vault elements!"
