Oh dear, Scream Factory have responded to me asking if they can use the UK artwork. They can't, for legal reasons and because it has nudity on it. America. Living in the dark ages!

I agree, I can't logically explain why we are so opposed to nudity over here.

Maybe their reasoning is because Shout also releases a plethora of children's shows and they don't want to risk it?

Could be. I recall Cliff mentioning in the recent interview he gave, something about a title they couldn't release because some of the companies they represent, wouldn't be too happy to be associated with certain types of movies, so it's highly possible that's the reason.

I believe it was Ms 45. He said they had everything ready to go for a release, rights, transfer etc. but the higher ups turned it down.
