Or are you just looking at advertised Region free players, because in Australia, there are no "region free" players, but most players have a remote code that brings up a settings menu with regions. I got my model for $54 AUD!
For a while there was a Tesco model for about £50 and a Toshiba model for about £70-£80 (both of which I own and both of which used remote codes, one in conjunction with a firmware update) I think but you can't get those anymore. I think the best way for a uk resident to go region free is currently importing which is lot more expensive

No, there's loads about, just look on Ebay. I got mine from HMV for 80 quid. Go figure! This place, Blu-Ray Multiregion - Multiregionmagic The Home Of Multiregion DVD & Blu-Ray also sells them but not cheaply and if you google search you'll find many more, even on Amazon.

Okay, I know Bub gets hold of a gun in the film but that's kind of perverting it to the extreme.

It is.With the exception of BFI,Eureka,Odeon and Arrow,UK packages on Blu are generally shit in comparison to their US counterparts.

Unless you buy European.Look at the tins, mediabooks and steelbokks France and Germany get.

When I bought a new amp and some speakers a few months back from Richer Sounds they had a multi region bluray player in store for around eighty quid.

Just because Anchor Bay didn't have to lock it, doesn't mean Scream Factory won't have to. The licence holders could've gotten wise to being able to make more money now by forcing them to lock it. If Scream do lock it, it's not their fault.

I think this is one of Nathan's best yet for a SF release. Although as usual, I'll be using the reverse (whatever it is).

Yeah, true enough, they may have either sub-licensed from AB or direct from Laurel Films themselves and different restrictions may apply.

Apparently Schizoid is Lizard In A Woman's Skin, and in Full Screen, but it's the AIP cut.
