Yeah. There is a story attached to the saga.
Amazon still investigating what happened on the delivery side of things so I won't say anything at the moment. Just something looking a bit dodgy. Amazon were really good in sorting it.

My girlfriend bought something from amazon during the summer and she got a confirmation that it was delivered and signed for by a guy in Dublin they are still "investigating" it but 4 months later she is still waiting for her refund. Dublin is over 100 miles away so not sure how that cock up happened.

Have to say Amazon have always been good to us. Sent back loads of stuff and made the odd complaint about non-delivery. Everything has been sorted without any quibble whatsoever. Can't say I love them because of their tax affairs but I can't complain about the customer service.

Amazon Customer Service on the phone was excellent.
Last night, they rang me back straight away and I got it all sorted. Better to do that than the online chat. My new box set was sent today and is arriving tomorrow.
