Default Weekly Comp - Pick Your Own Arrowdrome! - 02/10/2011 - FINISHED

Crikey! It's October already! The month when the ghouls are set loose on the living to devour what souls they have left and feast on their fear.

Cool intro bro.

To kick the month of Halloweeny off, I decided 'to Hell with picking your prizes this week. I'll let you pick your own Arrowdrome' (Plus it rhymes too). With things the way they are, it seems like I wont be able to get to the offices in London until toward the end of the month - sorry guys. But that does mean you can pick from ANY Arrowdrome title released before November. Not bad eh? (Except the Trilogy of the Dead - I may use that for another comp).

Here's the choices...

Since I'm giving away so many titles, rather then there being three winners, they'll be six winners this week - with one title (of their choice) per winner.

But how do you win? Well its straight forward but that doesn't mean it'll be easy.

This is how this week's competition will work. I'll be putting up 10 sound clips from 10 different cult films. No pictures, just the sound. First I need your help. Below, could you give me a time. Any time from 00:00:00 to about 01:30:00 (90 min average running time). I'll then capture the sound - whether its dialogue, music, whatever - from a cult film and place it up. I'll be capturing it from the time that you specify and, depending on how easy it is, will upload between 1 - 2 minutes of sound from that time. Obviously you dont want to pick a number too near the start or too near the end, or you'll just be left with the credits to try and work out a film.

Then once you think you've got all 10 answers, simply PM (Private Message) me your guesses. The six winners will be those who get the most corect. You do not need to get them ALL correct. If there's a draw, then those tied will be randomly picked.

Make sense?

So, first off, pick a time guys! I'll be using the first 10 times to be posted below. Please only post one time per member, just to give everyone more chance.

Good luck!

Kyle

That's the thing - depending on the pre-choosen film and the times you guys give it could be unbeliveably hard (maybe not even any dialogue!) OR it could be incredible simple with instantly recognisable stuff.

I'll get to work on those two times now. Thanks guys
