Good point.

Ok, I have to hold my hands up and do my time in solitary. At least the mess I've made is in keeping with the spirit of the show, where life behind bars isn't fair and things go wrong all the time.

Basically, I'm going to have to come up with a fair tie-breaker and then reward runners up with a Vol 8 Boxset.

So, if you can put my errors down to human error and rejoice in the fact that flawed human beings work here not droids, I'll work something out and fix this.

Right then, sleeves rolled up, let's go.

When I was picking winners, I first picked a short list of three and then picked a final winner from those three.

They were Prisonerjohn, Prisoner00001 and Simey.

Of the three entries, I felt Simey's was the best.

This where I then took a right turn into idiotsville, broke my own stated rules and declared him a winner.

Then, people on the thread pointed out my mistake.

So, I picked my second preference (Prisonerjohn) and made exactly the same mistake again!

So... I have to make a choice and I think this is the fairest way.

Prisoner00001 wins overall. runner-up with his entry but fulfilled the rules and thus wins in the spirit of the competition. I hope everyone is OK with that.

Simey and Prisonerjohn get a box set of Volume 8 and my genuine, sincere apologies for creating a soap opera on a soap opera forum.

I need coffee...

Thanks

It's a shame the competition didn't generate more interest, but maybe the next one will!

Seriously, I did enjoy reading all about how Priosner came to be such an important part of people's lives and I'm sure nobody is compulsively obsessive as that youtube woman, when Prisoner ended....."what am I gonna do without me maaaaaaaates?"

Throw a brick through a Police Station window, get locked up and play Wentworth role play in jail?
