Same here, quality is unimportant, I'm just after a benchmark as it were. Anything with David Warbeck in it is a winner for me

I am totally loving those covers One question though.I was always under the impression that video and dvd covers have to be approved by the video packaging review commitee (VPRC).It's only recently that I've seen dvd covers with bare breasts (or chesticles if you prefer lol) on the front cover.Mostly Shameless titles too (not that I'm complaining mind you)

It's voluntary, you can opt out of it.

I'll definitely pick this title up regardless of quality. Its nice to get DVD's with the full treatment but it the film its self thats more important to me.

Thats interesting about the VPRC. Is their any benefit by getting their approval .?

I'm being honest in that say where Torso is a quality giallo, Ratman is a quality turd. Few films get utter trash right but this one has every ingredient you'd seek in an exploitation movie to watch with others over some beers.

Given the rarity of it on DVD it was a must for us on disc. We've had big problems assembling it though from some truly awful source material though so it looks great compared to how we found it but I just want people to know that's never going to be a demo disc! It's VHS+ I'd say but for me it's all part of the charm of a film like that - clearly no one cared to look after it and we've done what we can and lost some serious hair over it!

Thanks for the feedback It's always nice when someone can put the time and effort into restoring a movie, regardless of how good or bad the feature is. One mans scrag of lamb is another mans fillet mignon. As for it being a VHS+, that's still considerably better than a lot of stuff Alpha Blue Archives, SWV and Brentwood have put and are still putting out

Just pre-ordered mine at HMV

And the custom is appreciated!

We would also rate it as Betamax- quality-wise...

Ratman will be an interesting one as it's unavailable trash - we'll see if filling in the gaps in people's collections is worth doing.

That said it was all worth it for the Eva Grimaldi shower scene
