Is anyone here watching the PCBH remake Wentworth?
 

Stumbled across this the other day and having watched the first 4 episodes of the new series I'm not quite sure what to make of it, it certainly seems very different form the original.

I've seen the episodes, bt it leaves me cold. I think it is a great idea, wonderful premise... but I don't like the need for it attempt to 'shock' us, nor do I like the use of soft rock to help us emote. It doesn't have any fun elements to it and personally, I find the laundry set to be very fake looking.

I have seen the episodes and don't think it's too bad at all. Nothing is ever good as the original but I think Wentworth 'respects' it's big sister and avoids trying to emulate it . :clap:
