Voted NO… and that's because it's a masterpiece of science fiction.

Voted no. Because of the impact it's had on both science fiction and cyberpunk

It's a YES from me!

I re-watched it recently to give it another chance and, although it was much better than I first remembered, I still don't see how it's soo loved. It looks awesome though!

Just curious, what cut of the film are you guys watching? I have the box set with them all and I've only seen the new cut.

As I've mentioned earlier in this thread, I only ever watch the Final Cut, but I did watch the Workprint version a while back, which I didn't enjoy as much

I've watched various cuts over the years but, from now on, will only watch the Final Cut.

No unnecessary voice-over to explain what's happening to people not smart enough to follow the plot, no unnecessary "happy ending" to appeal to those who might think the ending is ambiguous or downbeat and a slight bit of CGI tweaking so, at the end, the sky matches the weather – perfect!
