I've seen them all except Sleeper (I'm no Woody Allen fan) and would say that they're all certainly worth a watch.
I don't think I have ever watched a Woody Allen film.

I liked Bananas, Sleeper, and Love and Death.

All three are silly fun.

Annie Hall and Manhattan are great places to start as they are arguably his best films. He had a slump earlier this century (Match Point and Scoop and great), but has returned to form with Midnight in Paris, Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Blue Jasmine. Woody Allen is one of the most prolific filmmakers around and his work has a trend, but is very varied, so you are almost bound to find a film you like.

I bought this set from HMV when it was in an offer for £10, and it's excellent.

The Woody Allen Collection [DVD] (1971): Amazon.co.uk: Woody Allen, Diane Keaton, Mia Farrow, Dianne Wiest, Martin Landau: DVD & Blu-ray

Some of his films can be in the 'acquired taste' category, but those like Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Blue Jasmine aren't amongst them, so would be a good place to start.

I love the early Woody Allen madcap stuff, but find all the later stuff i've watched quite dull. All the above are great and i also like Take the money and run and Everything you always wanted to know about sex*, what's not to like about a giant breast roaming the countryside.
