Apparently...
"HMV and Zoom have put out emails saying they are recalling their S12 Collection boxsets - owing to how S10 content has been placed on the discs! no word from Amazon on it yet but I reckon it'll be the same. S12 re-release joins S14 in being delayed"

It would appear that...
"S10 discs have been put into the S12 packaging rather than the wrong content put onto the discs, so it's a physical packing problem rather than problems with the discs as has happened before"

"The three Doctors was put in as the first disc"

Will they ever get these releases right , they have all had problems but this is beyond a joke , looks like no quality control at all.
