Although I am enjoying 'Fury From The Deep', and think it's a great story, I also think that its got the weakest animation so far

I find it very distracting, and as I am watching, I am constantly thinking of this guy...

...and this guy!

Mojo, nosferatu42 and MrBarlow like this.

The Faceless Ones. Watched 1&2 last week, 3&4 this week. Enjoying it more this time than earlier in the year. Not sure why; maybe the 4:3 black and white version is more appropriate for it, or maybe, given I was in the middle of really hardcore marathonning Demdike's favourite show at that time, I just wasn't in the right headspace at all to appreciate it earlier in the year.

Ayreon - "Transitus": where symphonic prog metal and Doctor Who meet!

https://www.loudersound.com/features...LiQb7c4pkOlPrE

"A prog rock concept album narrated by one of sci-fi's biggest names? We're in.

This is exactly what Ayreon have achieved with their latest album Transitus. A gothic ghost story set in a distant but familiar past, it's infused with elements of classic horror and the supernatural. Oh – and it's narrated by former Doctor Who star Tom Baker.

“The year is 1884, these are dark, troubled times, fraught with greed, envy and prejudice,” Baker tells us on the album's opening. And from there, it only gets worse... "

The power of make-up [ask any girl!]

But I agree - some of the pictures I use to illustrate television appearances have me wondering and scratching my head, but research and looking closer into things leaves me accepting that it *must* be the person in question
