I finally finished all the extras on the Ghost Light blu last night.

Phew. It's exhausting, there's so much, including three hours of studio material.

The extended work print that has all the cuts restored, all ten minutes of them, nearly half an episode extra, was worth the price of the box set on it's own. Plus it's all beautifully restored too, not like some movies where there's a noticeable drop in quality with the added scenes.

So comprehensive that it reinforces my view that it's a top five Doctor Who story.

Watched part 11 of the Clever Dick Films "recaps", this concerning Tennant's run as the Doctor. I've disagreed with some of his thoughts before, but seeing as he wasn't keen on the overt mush of the Rose Tyler era either (cough) he gets a pass this time

In my wildest fancy, I always wanted Chris Morris to play the timelord ... with of course, Mark Heap as The Master

I'll get me cloak ....
