Georgia Tennant tweeted earlier "Still not Ginger".

You can imagine the reaction this triggered

Wouldn't surprise me if David Tennant came back for the 60th as the Doctor. I could imagine the look on his face as he looks in the TARDIS mirror following the regeneration and exclaims "Eh, what, how's this happened?" then grins at the camera.

Could be explained by his initial awful regeneration of crying about not wanting to go.
