If only anything from the last three series had been anywhere near as good as Survival.

Not a single episode comes even remotely close.

Don't think any Dr Who from 1963-89 comes anywhere close to the s××t fest over the last number of years.

I like watching doctor who but wouldn’t say I’m a huge fan like some ppl,
But in all honesty there only been a few that have been excellent since it come back, some good ones but also a lot that are just meh and watchable, it just doesn’t have the charm and appeal as the old doctor who, me personally I think it started to go downhill around Matt smith.
But one of my personal favourites is the empty child.

That's a brilliant two-parter that I throughly enjoyed. I was always partial to The Christmas Invasion, probably the best Xmas Who story from the RTD series, though I didn't mind The Snowman from the Matt Smith era. Probably my favourite story from the final Doctor's adventures with Capaldi was Flatline. The story felt like it could've been a Seventh Doctor story back in the late 1980's. Capaldi was given some total tosh toward the end, but I've always liked Capaldi. I'm glad that he won't participate in Dr Who's 60th. The show is a complete and utter joke.
