Director Rachel Talalay is presented with a bouquet of flowers as filming wraps on the final episode of Steven Moffat's (Second left) tenure as executive producer of Doctor Who - Twice Upon a Time (2017).

Talalay wouldn't return to the show under next exec producer Chris Chibnall but as soon as he was out the door she was back filming the regeneration sequence for new Doctor David Tennant.
