The official BBC blurb for the story.

The Bells of Saint John

The Doctor’s search for Clara Oswald brings him to modern day London, where wifi is everywhere. Humanity lives in a wifi soup. But something dangerous is lurking in the signals, picking off minds and imprisoning them. As Clara becomes the target of this insidious menace, the Doctor races to save her and the world from an ancient enemy.

I wonder if this is an old enemy we know about?

Could be The Wire.

According to the Daily Mole, "When the series returns at the end of March, another foe will also be gunning for the Time Lord - the Mummies.

Mummies are servicer robots given their name because of the protective bandages wrapped round their bodies.

They faced off against Tom Baker's incarnation of the Doctor in the episode, Pyramids of Mars in the 13th series.
"

Mind you, the article also mentions that the Ice Warriors faced Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker in the classic series!

The pic the article shows is from episode 2 though. Perhaps its Sutekh behind the cracked glass.

The articles probably nonsense though.

Anyway i'm off to watch the fourth Doctor story - Revenge of the Ice Warriors.

Although i'm not 100% in agreement it's Sutekh, giving it some look in there's a chance it could be Osirion or at least affiliated. A Minotor-Nimon situation, I seem to remember these chaps being in the trailer next to 'The Mummy'.

EDIT! On further inspection the cloths remind me of the Draconions...

I have no idea who they are, or who's behind the glass, but i like the look and design of both creatures.
