Gotta say, Matt Smith has a good grasp at working with children, not to impressed with his performance or that of the child actress either mind. Dialogue seemed a bit...clunky. Still, not long now.

I watched it on the red button after Pointless, it was enjoyable enough. Glad it wasn't a comedy sketch.

Better than an Ood sat on the loo.

I liked Domestic Ood. I want one. :P

I was actualy thinking, are there any Nu-Who aliens or villeins or planets or organisations etc that they feel have become a major part of Who mythos?

On the Stickleback cameos, my mistake, it's not a Giant Fly from the Green Death. It's Mothra according to D'Israeli. Also it's Konga, not King Kong...but, I just spotted The Key To Time.

Having a Doctor Who birthday next sunday. My GF just went to a specialty shop for a doctor who cake.
Also have 3 dvds coming to me:

Planet of Giants
Doctor Who: The Beginning
Claws of Axos:SE

This will be my first time owning any hartnell. Does anyone have these and know how they rank amongst the Who dvds? I am a features fan.

A fine story, but don't go with the four episode rebuild as its truly dire.

The Beginning is an excellent set, good present.
