Another excellent episode from Jamie Matheson. This guy has to write for the next series without doubt. The 3d creatures stumbling through the tunnels has to be the creepiest thing I've seen in Doctor Who for a long, long time.

I also liked the episode, Peter is becoming THE Doctor for me with every episode, for me he is just mixing in bits of every past Doctor (at least the ones I have seen) and that is something I had not seen before...

I am still not a big fan on Clara, but seeing the focus she gets in every episode, I think something rather big is in the works, surrounding her...

Last but not least, I have to say that I seem not to be the only one spotting the similaritry between the TARDIS in siege mode and the Lament Configration Box of the Hellraiser movies...

Dire. He is great. The rest is just.....not there. I really am at breaking point here.

The Boneless??

Sounds like some second rate Cramps ripoff imo.

On the other hand, really enjoyed The Space Museum. Does anyone know anything about a convention in London in november btw??

Did anyone else see the 'UFO' behind the Doctor at the end of the episode [top, right hand corner - the white thing!]?

That was me flying down to kill Moffat.

Ordered Terror Of The Zygons and The Ice Warriors. £13 for both.

Rewatched The Curse Of Fatal Death. Interesting to watch now, as it contains many of Moffat's current obsessions IMO...

Not specifically 'Doctor Who' related, but it does raise some hope:

Just seen the back of the series 8 dvd. It says K9 created by Bob Baker and Dave Martin.

Hmm. Wonder if he's one of the "Old friends reunited" for the finale?

Well that was a bit....'Sarah Jane Adventures'! As Mark Wahlberg once said disparagingly about 'The Happening' "The trees man! Fu**ing trees!" And if as the Doctor said, that we would all forget what had happened, tomorrows headines in the newspapers will read 'Nelson's Column mysteriously found flat on its arse'!

I thought it was ok. A decent set up, but a woeful ending.

The finale looks excellent though.
