It seems that the 'Last Christmas' special is going to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on the 26th Jan, 2015 Extras: Behind the Scenes

The broadcast details for the 2014 Doctor Who Christmas special have been confirmed. It is to be shown on Dec 25, BBC 1 between 6:15pm - 7:15pm
