Been watching 'Genesis of the Daleks' for the past four weeks now and I'm not really enjoying it! Why? I think its because of the original 25mins weekly installments. Its just too short, I find myself trying to remember what happened the previous week and I've realised I quite like the longer self contained episodes that are the format of the present series. As much as I like the original series its very much a nostalgia thing really.

Except you don't, as your posting on here proves.

Rewatched The Keeper Of Traken from the US New Beginnings box. Not your typical story, you could tell he was getting tired imo.

Peter Miles' contributions to the comm for GOTD are quite cool, he's still there etc.....

Keeper of Traken is one of my all time favourites.

I remember seeing it as a child and guessing the Master was returning from the snippets of his hands pressing buttons. I found The Deadly Assassin so scary a few years previously, i could tell the Master a mile away.

Like the Kantrofarri.

Let's hope they are given some screen time and become a credible possibly returning enemy.

Reread the Target reprint of Spearhead From Space. Or Doctor Who And The Auton Invasion cough.
Ever seen the Japanese copies on sale on Ebum btw? The covers, whilst incredibly unrelated, are quite cool imo....
