People opinions of this series as a whole arent that positive really.

The reviews on that page are really mixed.

Yes it could but an episode deemed one of the worst by many fans had positive reviews from The Guardian and The Telegraph so it's not exactly woeful is it.

People's opinions haven't changed really. David Tennant and Matt Smith both had their fare share of detractors. Opinions on Doctor Who forums are mainly positive though.

What don't you like about it gag?

The papers will not slag it off until it becomes cool to do so. They'd never dare seem out of step, even when they are and are utterly clueless to boot!

The eps I've enjoyed from each series since it came back are...

First Series

Dalek, Bad Wolf/Parting of The Ways, The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, The Unquiet Dead and The Christmas Invasion.

Second Series

Didn't mind Tooth & Claw, School Reunion, The Girl in The Fireplace, The Impossible Planet, Satan Pit.

Third Series

Simth and Jones, The Shakespear Code, Gridlock that felt more like a Seventh Doctor and Ace story, 42 was a bit of fun, Human Nature, The Family of Blood, Blink was superb all round.

Fourth Series

Fires of Pompeii, Planet of the Ood, Silence in the Library, Forrest of the Dead, Midnight, Waters of Mars. Forget Planet of the Dead and the even worse two-parter The End of Time.

Fifth Series

The Eleventh Hour, Time of the Angels, Flesh and Stone, Vincent and the Doctor, The Lodger, The Pandorica Opens.

Sixth Series

The Impossible Astronaut, Day of the Moon, Love it or hate it, I quiet enjoyed The Doctor's Wife, except for the dire Nightmare in Silver.

Seven Series

Crimson Horror, Journey to the Centre of the Tardis, The Name of the Doctor, The Day of The Doctor. The Time of the Doctor was a disapointmant. But the build up was great. Another shame.

Heaven Sent's running time is 55 mins.

Hell Bent is 65 mins

That makes a two hour finale to the series.

Face the Raven got really great reviews so I risked a view and... that was pretty borderline average, at best. This is what constitutes a "classic" these days? Really? Anyway it wasn't egregiously, offensively bad and there were some entertaining ideas (even if the big one was just royally ripped off from Harry Potter anyway). Clara's death was long-overdue. Actually, her death scene went on for so long I eventually started yelling at her to just shut up and die already. The nature of her death was pretty barmy too. I guess there's a certain logic and justice in her getting killed off for getting too big for her boots but jeez, how stupid can you get?
Anyway, she's dead Jim. Finally.

I wouldn't be so sure of that mate (although I really hope it stays that way)

Yeah, the "To Be Continued..." at the end indicates that and it would be good, so that all the spoiling brats on Facebook get the cane of unknowing (whatever vthat is, my invention started with the name )... But as I never was a big Clara fan, I am fine if it stays this way Seems like the chance for Ashilda becoming a future companion have dropped below Zygon level...

But it was a good episode for me, despite the knowledge of what was to come.
