Not seen it myself yet, but most of the reviews that I have seen on-line for 'Class' say it's poor to average

I think poor is not really fair, it rather shows that somehow the expectation was a bit off I think average is ok, depending on where you stand, as for me: I am way too old for the aimed at audience group, so I do not weigh in the nervy youth stuff too much, so it leaves me with some unexpected bloody stuff with rather uninteresting characters (which might also be due to my old age^^). It is watchable and maybe the one or other really good story appears and I am fully into it... Peter's guest spot was great!

I've just read a bunch of posts elsewhere and the reviews seem, lets be kind and say mixed, for Class.

It's out on Jan 2nd on dvd and blu. From what i've just read i won't bother with it.

I'm a Who completist, so I will probably get it at some point

It's not high on the 'must get it on pre-release order' tho!

The 2015 series? Yes I have got that now

The only thing missing from my collection is the Australian K-9 series. I really cannot bring myself to get that just yet!

I like what they have done with the Doctor - older, grouchier, more 'alien' and less of a romantic lead. I also thought it was a bold idea to kill off a companion, even if she didn't stay dead!

The Dalek story was fun, and it was good to see Missy back, still as loopy as a fruit bat!
The underwater ghost story could have been done in a single episode, as could the Ashildr/'Me' one
The Zygon story was a good concert, but poorly executed
Sleep No More - Slept thru the actual episode, and then slept thru it again when I tried it with the commentary!
The final trilogy was very well done, but I am a sucker for the kind of story which is 'left-of-centre', so I loved the episode where it was just The Doctor and no other character
The Husbands of River Song had some real fun elements - The Doctor pretending he knew nothing about the TARDIS, and his 'surprise' when he first entered it - but Matt Lucas left me cold

On the whole, I am really enjoying Capaldi as the Doctor, and hope he stays for a long time. It's just a shame that the younger fans of Nu-Who don't seem to be taking to him because he is older, darker and not a young, dishy pin-up Doctor

Ep 1 - A Star In Her Eye (written by Moffatt, directed by Lawrence Gough)
Ep 2 - ?
Ep 3 - ?
Ep 4 - The Haunted Hub (written by Mike Bartlett, directed by Bill Anderson)
