I know he's mocked and a bit rubbish but i quite liked Chameleon. It's such a shame that the robot was crap at everything and almost impossible to work with.

Of course, it didn't help that the guy who designed him and was basically the only one who could work him died soon after they'd wrote him in.
Still, it's odd they didn't think to exploit him as a shapeshifter more.

I've always thought that the hat and coat stand in the TARDIS was a bit suspect!

Chameleon could be a achieved through CGI, but as to whether the effects would be any good is another matter. Since new(ish) Who came back to our screens in 2005, some CGI effects have been great, compared to other shots that looked just shit. I can't remember now, but didn't Chameleon have that rather large black cable up his backside that controlled his movements? In a couple of shots from The Kings Demons you can just see the black cable attached to Chameleon's behind or what i think is his robotic bum. Can you imagine being a director on Doctor Who back then, having to direct with Chameleon? I don't think Chibnall would ultimately bring back Chameleon to be totally honest. But you never know.

Seeing as the Doctor destroyed Chameleon at the end of Planet of Fire he could never be brought back.

I'd like to see K9 back for a couple of episodes. A new season trailer showing K9 firing at a Dalek or Cyberman would have viewers flocking in. Maybe.

I'm still expecting Moffat and Chibnall to degenerate the Doctor and have Tennant back for series 11. No, i'm not kidding. If 11 could choose a face from his past then so can 12. Tennant has nothing on his IMDB following Chibnall's Broadchurch either.

According to fans, Michelle Gomez had to cancel a convention appearance this weekend due to filming.

Sounds like she's in the episode the pictures i posted the other day are from.

Maybe the doctor could ask Gelsandorans for a new Chameleon? Anything is possible in the time flying TARDIS. Oooh! Tennant back? I would prefer a new Doctor, but Capaldi still could bridge the gap between show-runner's, but I reckon he will probably drop out of the role once Chibnall takes over.
