Honestly Susan, I am in this group on FB, Classic British TV (an oxymoron, half the posts are about CHiPS, Love Thy Neighbour etc ) and some of the attitudes are rather priceless. It's as if they have all been in stasis since 1975....

It terrified me as a kid. Very creepy and Gothic. It was the masks that got me and the sacrificial rites.

One of the reasons i like Gothic horror i suppose, i grew up with it.

Same here. My first taste of the Gothic was from some of the classic Who stories, which in turn led me into wanting to seek out more similar fare.

We are the same in that respect.

I went from Doctor Who to the Friday Night Double Bills on BBC 2 of Hammer and Universal and such like to...

... well nowhere actually. I'm still in that zone.
