You'll notice when it finishes there's a message from Capaldi and other BBC trailers advertised.

Looks like he's regenerating in the very last scene.

Doctor Who series 10 trailer analysis: is Peter Capaldi regenerating? Does Missy have a Tardis?

I did read in a Sunday paper that the first episode has the Doctor on the brink of regeneration.

Whats your favourite Sontaran story?

The Time Warrior
The Sontaran Experiment
The Invasion of Time
The Two Doctors
The Sontaran Statagem

Personally i'd put them in this order

The Time Warrior
The Invasion of Time
The Sontaran Stratagem
The Two Doctors
The Sontaran Experiment

In all truth, The Time Warrior aside, i've been a bit underwhelmed with Sontaran stories.

The Time Warrior is by far the best Sontaran story.

I actually really like The Two Doctors, but the Sontarans look ridiculous in it.

As a Sontaran story it's really lame. First introduced in long shot then killed with a germicide.

The Radio Times has published information about the first episode:

S10-E1 The Pilot. Sat 15 Apr 7:20pm - 8:10pm

"Summary
New series. Peter Capaldi's eccentric, era-hopping Time Lord returns in what looks set to be his final series. However, before he hands over the key to the Tardis to his as-yet-undecided successor, there's the matter of the girl with a star in her eye to deal with. A chance encounter brings Bill Potts into contact with the Doctor, who is conducting a secret mission on Earth. What follows is a terrifying chase across time and space, one that opens Bill's mind to the prospect of a bigger and wider universe than she'd ever imagined. Pearl Mackie mades her debut Doctor Who appearance as new companion Bill, while Matt Lucas also stars as the Doctor's old ally Nardole."

Also, apparently there is going to be a BIG spoiler in the 'next episode' trailer that is broadcast at the end of part 1. General consensus on FB seems to be that it is EITHER the return of Susan OR the return of The Weeping Angels
