Also its still a surprise how many people still automatically think that a nurse should be a woman.
When i think of a nurse i think of MTDS.

My statement was completely focussed on the role Doctor Who and not doctors in general and I stand by that, it is silly in my view, the same as making Thor female in the comics, this has nothing to do with equality of genders, it is rather counterproductive than helping...

I know it was.

You know what some people are like though.

I really enjoyed Saturday's episode. The gradual development of the cloth faced hospital patients into the Mondasian Cybermen was very well done and a lot of the creepiness of the silver giants was brought back. Fantastic to hear the 'sing song' voices back again!

Here's hoping for an equally good second part and hopefully the Cyber armies can cause a load of mayhem this time - before they get blown to smithereens!

great episode with a nice creepy atmosphere, even though not a lot happens it wasn't a bore fest like last weeks episode. lets hope they can continue next week and not fizzle out and not have some cop out, love conquers all ending.

Saw World Enough and Time last night. All I can say is... wow! Aside from some typical cringeworthy humour and Moffat-trolling early on, that was actually excellent, probably the best episode for about six sodding years, to be honest! Dark, scary, great doom-laden atmosphere, a very impressive return for the original Cybermen (certainly not something I would have ever expected to see on TV in 2017!). It was great to have John Simm back too, and I loved him "doing an Ainley" and spending nearly the entire episode in disguise before ripping off his mask for the big reveal. I actually watched that again almost as soon as it had finished, which isn't something I've done for many a year (I've hardly been able to bear watching most of them once the last few years, let's face it). Terrific.
How much do we want to bet they'll screw it up next week, then?
