Dalek Bingo! (the new metallic paint scheme for the Paradigm Daleks makes them look 100 times better)

For fans of Nu-Who, I'm sure 'Asylum of the Daleks' is a classic

For fans of Classic-Who, all I can say is 'oh dear'!

In the main it felt like an "old" Who story to me.

Thought it was the best one since Time of the Angels.

It had errors, but then again so does pretty much every Who story new or classic.

Where did the Tardis come? from was a big question

I didn't think it was bad at all. I would have been nice if the classic Daleks had a bit more screen in the asylum time instead of been relegated to the background and if the new companion Clara is going to be like Oswin then she's going to get very annoying very quickly but overall I'd give it a solid 8/10

That's what I was thinking - it would have made a great classic Who four parter ( insert your own cliffhangers ). A little disappointed the classic Daleks weren't as visable as I'd hoped, but it had a lot going on and had some great surreal moments. Thumbs up from me.

Oswin's attitude and jokey name calling of the Doctor reminded me a bit of Donna ( Spaceman etc).

Whilst i wasn't that impressed by Donna in The Runaway Bride i really liked her in series 4.
