The Visitation is going to get a re visitation next year according to Peter Davison:

I don't mind the 'revisitation' things, but I wish they had released all the available stories BEFORE they started to 'revisit' adventures!

It has been confirmed that this years Christmas special will be transmitted on BBC1 between 5:15 - 6:15 on Dec 25th
