You'll be shouting "Clamb" pretty soon.

Weird release in Germany ahead, a DVD Box of the 7th Doctor (Sylvester McCoy):

Doctor Who - Siebter Doktor, Volume 1 [4 DVDs]: Amazon.de: Sylvester McCoy, Bonnie Langford, Kate O'Mara, Mark Greenstreet, Donald Pickering, Wanda Ventham, Richard Briers, Brenda Bruce, Elizabeth Spriggs, Ron Grainer, Andrew Morgan, Nicholas Mal

Probably just a collection of the single Discs in the silver boxes, but I am not sure about that...

If the commentary is correct, these are the contained episodes:

Time and the Rani • Paradise Towers • Delta and the Bannermen and • Dragonfire

That would mean this is the full Season 24...

That does seem a bit odd, but I fully expected them to start doing this here in the UK after the main DVD range had concluded (which I think it now has, though we may still get some releases that have been discovered after all these years eg. The Web of Fear and The Enemy of the World).

Seems like an obvious way to do it by bundling them together for each Doctor but then some may be more expensive than others due to how long they were on the show/how many episodes they did.

The Who dvd's can now be picked up for a fiver or so online. It doesn't make much sense to release season box sets over here.

I really need to catch up on the second half of this series. Felt really underwhelmed by it even though I love Capaldi's performance.
