I finished Galaxy 4 last night. It's been a lot of fun seeing Hartnell and co animated and in colour. Especially those opening titles.

The story itself is nothing special but the Chumblies are terrific.

The pics below are directly from my tv.

When I watched it, the thought that kept going through my mind was "this is inoffensive...this is nice!"

Flux then ...

The main problem for me was the lack of focus. What was my main concern? Was it the ones who reminded me of the bipeds I made with plasticene as a wee bairn?
Was it they bloody statues??
Was it the Toast impersonator???
It's not all bad. Best modern Sontarans full stop.

Until they became chocoholics.

I quite liked the Labradoodle too. Doctor Dog would probably be better than Doctor Whittaker.

Flux was the worst chapter in Dr. Who history ever, only slightly redeemed by the mid-series Angels story.

So bad I've not watched the NY Special yet...

It's better than Flux. Wouldn't be hard though. For me it's not as good as the other two Dalek specials both of which i quite liked, especially the second one.

One go? Feck you have higher tolerance levels than me, D. Weekly was hard enough especially that Twice, Upon Time episode. That was horrible.
