Film @ The Digital Fix - Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan Directors Cut coming to Blu-ray

"While Paramount continue to weakly ignore Star Trek's 50th anniversary, they ARE gracing us with at least one really tasty morsel - Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan - The Director's Cut is coming to Blu-ray for the first time. Just got the Next Gen on the complete blu Ray box set. Bit of a bargain on Amazon right now. Good grief the first season has some awful episodes.

always thought that myself, the second season is the same to a lesser degree its not until the third that it picked up. its strange as the TOS has aged better than the earlier seasons of TNG

According to the Doctor Who restoration team the Star Trek The Next Generation blu-ray has sold poorly so there's no chance of Voyager or Deep Space Nine getting a hi-def remaster.
