As I am free today I'm going to watch Empire with the comm. This being my favourite of the 3( ... and I know I'm not alone here ) am expecting a few 'spoilers' just like with SW

I actually think that the current version of Empire is a significant improvement from theatrical cut. Only alteration I could possibly criticise would be the very short moment where Boba Fett's voice is replaced. And that seems like quite a minor change. Sorry!

I've no problem with Empire's alterations either.

They are less jarring certainly.
Kershner is on more than Lucas ... and Carrie's interjections are always fun. So all in all ... enjoyable.

So you don't think it's better that you can see out of the windows of the Snow Speeders then?

I think they should leave the Originals as is and don't tinker with them.

When you start tinkering with older films they become new films like when they messed up the first Star Wars film by added and taking away scenes and yet they still allowed the Stormtrooper to bang his head on the opening door

Bladerunner Final Cut is another mess,It is not the 1982 film but a mix of 1982 and 2007 release.
