If you skip straight to REBELS the characters will not make any sense to you.
That's good to know because I thought they were totally seperate stories!

The main cast of characters and their story are new but along the way they encounter characters from The Clone Wars and some threads are continued.

It will be a long viewing but very worthwhile. Go for it!

Yesterday I watched IV,V&VI.Classics,all three.

A great trilogy, and as I said to the missus, should've been left at that....

That's what my work colleague said to me, he tried to watch the Phantom Menace and Attack of the clones, we could have had a good night out with the swear jar tips.

Had a look at Star Wars (none of this episode IV or A New Hope bollocks). It's looks pretty good. Watched the Han/Greedo scene to see the added Greedo dialogue in this version. What an utterly pointless addition . After Han's line of "yes, I bet you have" they added another line from Greedo which is unsubtitled. I can only imagine how much it cost them to put this worthless line in.

After seeing the original cinema versions on dvd i'll never watch the special editions ever again.

4K or not. They are totally worthless in my opinion.

Yep, garbage.

Unfortunately for generations of people these are the only versions of the movies they know.
A lot of people think that it is just added and altered scenes, but it goes much deeper than that with colour and sound changes and more.

C'mon guys. There are theatrical cut Blu rays from 35mm prints, fan restorations even in 4K if you look.

Don't settle for watching these abominations.

Watching Return Of The Jedi 4K and the added bits look even worse if you can even imagine that. The added clarity really exposes how fake and out of place it is
